Which areas in Michigan do you service?
We service the entire state of Michigan, as well as neighboring states and Canada.
Our office hours are Mon. through Fri. 8:00am to 6:00pm. We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for additions, cancellations and any changes to the schedule. Our driver's hours of operation are dependant upon the clients' schedules.
We provide transportation 365 days a year.
We accept most major insurances and worker's compensation. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
Generally we need at least a 24-hour advanced notice for all appointments, however we try to make exceptions. If the appointment is for a Monday we would like to hear by 2:00pm on Friday to guarantee transportation.
The drivers are more than happy to assist the clients with any items that they will be bringing with them.
We welcome family members and/or aides to accompany the client.
We have the capability of taking a wheelchair with up to a 30-inch wheelbase and a 56-inch clearance.
Michigan Transportation Services provide transportation services for elderly, disabled, handicapped and wheelchair bound clients assisting in travel throughout Michigan including Oakland County, Livingston County, Ingham County and Washtenaw County.
