What is the necessary notice to schedule transportation?

MTS requires 24 hours notice for a transportation request. Essentially, as long as that request is in the day before the requested trip, MTS will guarantee transportation. Michigan Transportation will also make every effort to provide same day requests.

What information is needed to schedule transportation?

All that our Customer Service Representatives need are the times of your appointments, the address of your pick up and drop off locations, and insurance information…that’s it. Just a quick phone call with this information and we will do the rest.

What are your areas of service?

Michigan Transportation will provide transportation anywhere in the state of Michigan. With 5 offices located throughout the state, MTS will be able to provide affordable and efficient transportation throughout the state of Michigan.

What kind of assistance can I expect MTS drivers to provide for my clients?

Our MTS Transportation Specialists will transport your client to and from their appointments in a safe, timely manner. Upon arrival, our Transportation Specialists will escort your client into and out of their appointment making sure their transportation experience is comfortable and issue free. All of our Transportation Specialists are TBI trained and CPR certified.

What are you hours of operation?

Michigan Transportation takes pride in being one of the only non-emergency medical transportation service in Michigan that will transport your clients 24/7/365. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. However, there is always a Dispatch Specialist supporting your clients who are transported before or after office hours.
